Tajuk entry mmg tak le blah yerr.hehe but as i promised to share my experience mengamalkan virgin coconut oil (softgel) semasa pregnant.. VCO mmg banyak membantu melancarkan labour process :)

Alhamdulillah pada 2/1/2013 sy selamat melahirkan baby pertama ...
It was an induced labour sbb dah terlebih due sepatutnya dlm 28/12/2012.. tapi xde tanda yg baby nk keluar time tu.. so set an appoinment with doc at Hosp Bersalin Razif (klang) usual place where i did monthly check up & all..
1/1/2013 admitted..8pm masuk ubat (1st induced)...surprisingly the whole night pon xde rase contraction langsung :)... so on d next day, 8am.. doc masuk 2nd dose induced... then only d contraction begin wuwuwu..
dalam masa 1 hour jalan start buka from 2 cm to 8cm... which sy pon cuak sbb d contraction sgt power..
then masuk saja labour room..with 2x push..i safely delivered my baby Muhammad Prince Nashly :)
syukur... i tot baby xnak keluar.. hehehe
So the rumour about VCO helps during labour process is true alhamdulillah...& talking about the tear down there...alhamdulillah xde digunting oleh doc..nightmare oleh semua ibu mengandung kan...
So thats all yg boleh sy kongsi...hope membantu preggies di luar sna k :)
